These data are mandatory, what means that it will be not possible to buy on the web site if this information has not been registered yet.


You can also choose to add other personal data to you profile as: fiscal code, date of birth, telephone number, gender, city and country. This additional information will become part of your public profile and also of your Personal Data.


1.2       Information from other services, including social networking sites like Facebook


You can connect your profile to your social network account, as for example Facebook account or Google+ (“Social Network”). When you use this option, we will automatically collect certain personal information from your social networking profile. The information we collect depends on data that you made available on your social networking profile and on your personal information privacy on Social Media. Depending on your settings and selections, we collect the following information:


– Name and/or user name

– E-mail address


When you submit a connection request of your profile with a Social Network’s profile, we will inform you concerning what information we will collect from Social Network in question. You will receive this information before your request is executed.


You can choose to disconnect your Social Network profile from from your “Account”. At this point, will remove your unique ID number from your social network and will disconnect/revoke from your Social Network.


1.3  Cookie

Our web site uses cookies. Our cookies are used to identify your computer or your device, rather than you as an individual user, and they are used for various purposes.

1.4  Your IP address, your browser settings and your position

When you visit our web site we register your IP address and your browser settings. IP address is a  numeric address for your computer you used to visit our web site. We collect this information, so as to trace the computer you are using, in the case of improper use or illegal activities with regards to the visits to the web site or use of it. 1.5  Newsletter ed summary emails

We collect the information you provide when you subscribe to receive our newsletters, email summary or similar information (we collect the information as: your name, your e-mail address and your preferences regarding newsletter). If you are receiving e-mail messages from us and do not wish to receive any more, access your “Account” and make changes to your settings to cancel your subscription.

  •          In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

1.7       On what legal basis do we handle personal data?


 We should treat your personal information in order to:

3.1  Informations of which we are data controller

We are a Data Controller of biographical information provided to us in order to create and maintain your profile, including, without limitation, your name, your password and your e-mail address and your IP address.


We are also a Data Controller of information shared with other services (see Art. 2.3). The data protection laws in Italy regulate the collection and use of personal data.


3.2  Information of data control you own


You own all of the content and information you choose to make available on the website and your personal information disclosed when you link you social media account with your account profile on the web site.

The website contains links to other websites. Inclusion by our company of these links do not imply our endorsement of such sites. We do not check the contents of any third-party websites and we do not accept any liability for any third parties or their policies and procedures.

5  Data Controller and transfer of personal information outside the EU


We use external companies to maintain the technical functioning of the Website and services. These companies are responsible for processing personal data for which we are a Data Controller. In accepting this privacy policy, you agree that we may allow the processing of personal data for which you’re a Data Controller by such Persons in charge of personal data processing.


We have in place agreements on the use of personal data with Persons in charge of personal data processing and depending on such agreements, they must act only in compliance with our instructions. In accepting this privacy policy, you authorise us to give instructions to Persons in charge of personal data processing for the processing of personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and the Website using.

6  Data Retention



We store your personal data and that you provide us with, including your reviews, as long as you  have an Account or for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. If you choose to delete your Account, keep in mind that together with your Account your reviews will also be detached. We will delete these informations at your request and we will save only the record with the following information: your name, your e-mail address and the date of your Account elimination. We will safe the record for three years. All other information will be deleted.


If you use the Website we will store your information and will keep your Account open, until you decide to close your Account. In some cases, even if you close your Account, we will decide to store certain information (for example, your visits to our Website) in anonymous or aggregated form.

We use reasonable organisational, technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information inside our organisation and verify regularly our system to detect any vulnerability. 10  Correction and deletion of personal data

You can correct or delete at any moment any content and personal information on the website for which you are a Data Controller (see the Art. 3.2). If you delete your Account, all data associated with your Account will be deleted, including your personal  data and reviews on the website.
